Join the Transformation

Imagine standing in front of a crowd, feeling exposed and uncertain. Now, imagine turning that uncertainty into self-assurance. Addison, a member of TheGifted Arts, shared how our program helped her transform that fear into confidence. 'When I first started, I’d hide in the back and do the bare minimum,' she says. 'Now, I’ve learned that by stepping forward, I gain more feedback and more confidence. I even see it on people’s faces when they enjoy my performance.' Your monthly gift to The Transformation Tribe helps students like Addison find their voice and stand tall with confidence.

TheGifted Arts doesn’t just teach dance steps; it builds futures. Madison and Jeremiah began as hesitant young artists in our program, each unsure of their path. Today, thanks to TGA, they’ve grown into ambitious, talented individuals pursuing their dreams on a national stage. Through our specialized instruction, Madison gained the confidence to train with her idols in L.A., and Jeremiah found his purpose in the professional dance world. Your support at the Encore level funds an additional 120 hours of high-quality arts instruction, preparing young artists to enter college programs and pursue arts careers. In addition, your gift helps sustain TGA’s commitment to eco-friendly fashion by supporting student-led, sustainable fashion shows that bring awareness to the environmental impact of the industry.

Join Encore and be part of a legacy that transforms the arts industry by empowering the next generation of BIPOC artists.

Developing talent is only the beginning. Through the GiftedImpact program, our students gain confidence, self-worth, and real-world skills far beyond the studio walls. With every $5,000 gift, Maestro donors help us expand life-changing school-based programs and give students the professional tools they need for future success.”

Supporting Youth in and Beyond the Classroom

The GiftedImpact program reaches 100 students annually, creating safe spaces where Black and Brown youth feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Students like Michael, a TGA artist affectionately known as “Hollywood,” credit the program for instilling values beyond dance—public speaking, confidence, and professionalism. “TheGifted Arts taught me to be comfortable with being uncomfortable,” Michael shares, “and that’s prepared me for a career in the arts.”

Empowering Future Leaders

Maestro donors play a vital role in workforce development by supporting initiatives like our high school GiftedProducer program. Students receive 149 hours of professional training, equipping them to work at TGA, mentor peers, and contribute financially to their households—all while pursuing dreams in the arts and beyond. With support from Maestro donors, we can empower more students like Michael, who is now building a career in performing arts, to lead with confidence, skill, and purpose.
